Lawndale Christian Health Center

Did you know there is a clinic right here inside Farragut Career Academy? Lawndale Christian Health Center is located next to the Attendance Office on the first floor. We offer free testing for pregnancy and HIV Tuesday through Friday from 9am-4pm.

Preschool Registration

Did you know there is a preschool classroom right here inside Farragut Career Academy? The preschool is on the first floor in room 175, right next to Mr. Jackson's Automotive class.

We are now accepting applications for enrollment for the 2012-13 school year. We offer AM & PM sessions and the program is entirely free. The only requirement is that the child be 3 or 4 years old by September 1, 2012.

The Cinderella Slipper Project

The Cinderella Slipper Project is giving away free prom dresses, free shoes, and free accessories.

If you are a Senior and want to sign up-stop by the Enlace Community School Office in Room 265.

Senior Prom tickets

Prom tickets are $95.00 per ticket.
A deposit of $ 35.00 is due now to reserve your spot.

Yearbooks for Sale!

Purchase your yearbook. The yearbook is full color and costs$35.00.

You can purchase the yearbook with Ms. Anderson (room 446) or with Ms. Ilies in the Main Office.

Aventa Learning Opportunity

Virtual school solution is integrated with the High School Diploma Program, which operates as part of Chicago Public Schools’ (CPS) Alternative Learning Opportunities Program (ALOP).

Courses recovered successfully in AVENTA are applicable toward high school graduation requirements.

Saturday classes will begin on March 17, 2012. Please see Ms. Grant in Room 272 for an application and/or if you have any questions regarding this program.

SENIOR CAP & GOWN

$20 GRADUATION FEE for cap and gown.

On WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, JOSTENS will have a table set up on the 2nd floor outside the lunchroom located toward the end of the hallway, near the stairwell.

Please have your address and valid e-mail available to register with the JOSTENS representative to set up payment through mail or e-mail if you cannot make the payment on that day.

Acceptable payments are CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

Jostens will also be at Farragut on the following dates:

Seniors: If you intend to participate in the graduation ceremony in June, a down payment of $25 is due to Ms. Ilies in the main office on or before February 17th.

2. Senior sweatshirts ($18) and shirts ($8) are for sale again. Please pick up an order form outside room 332. All payments are due by January 26th.
