Senior announcements

Seniors: If you intend to participate in the graduation ceremony in June, a down payment of $25 is due to Ms. Ilies in the main office on or before February 17th.

2. Senior sweatshirts ($18) and shirts ($8) are for sale again. Please pick up an order form outside room 332. All payments are due by January 26th.

After School Matters rosters

Students----The After School Matters online application is now available at www.afterschoolmatters.org/teens.

Students, you will need to be at a computer that prints so that you can print out your confirmation page and consent form. Parents must sign the consent form and both pages should be returned to the After School Matters Mailbox in the Main Office or dropped off with Ms. Ilies in the Main Office as soon as possible.

Program starts on Monday, February 6, 2012.

If anyone is still interested in joining After School Matters or has questions, please see Ms. Ilies in the Main Office.

Saturday School students

The FINAL SESSION of Saturday School will be held on January 21st.

The second session of Saturday School will begin on Saturday, February 25th.

ENLACE Afterschool Program

The ENLACE Afterschool Program will resume on Monday, February 6, 2012.

Registrations are NOW available in the ENLACE office (Room 265).

All participants will receive Community Service Learning hours. ENLACE is offering Job Readiness program to help with resumes, cover letter and job hunting EVERY Tuesday and Thursday after school from 3 pm-5 pm.

College Application deadline

The College Application deadline is Tuesday, January 31st.

Final Exams

Final Exams are January 23-25, and there will be a special bell schedule.

ACCESS Testing

All bilingual students will participate in ACCESS Testing during the month of February.

SENIOR COMMITTEE

Then Senior committee is hosting a food drive. Please bring any non-perishable food- cans, rice, beans, or pasta to Room 332 from now until December 20th.

Please refer any questions to Mrs. Koeppen or a member of the Senior Committee.

ATTENTION BABBAGE TUTORING STUDENTS:

Laptops will be available for pick-up Wednesday, December 14th promptly after school (3pm) in the 3rd floor lunch.

Senior Public Law exam

The retake for the Public Law exam will take place Wednesday, December 14 during Long Division in the 3rd floor lunchroom. Please see Ms. Ayesh (in Counseling Office) with any questions/concerns!
